We take engagements of $25k and up — brand identity, product UI or motion systems. Expect a reply from Anika or Tomás within 48 hours.

03 — After you brief us

What happens next, in four steps.

No drip campaigns, no sales sequence. One of the two founding partners reads every brief and replies personally.

    We read it.

    Within 48 hours on a weekday, Anika or Tomás reads your brief end-to-end. We write back even if it's a "not now, but here's a referral."

  2. 02

    A 30-minute intro call.

    If there's a fit, we book a single 30-minute call — no decks, no agency pitch theatre. You meet the designer who would actually run the work.

    Format — video call, calendar link

  3. 03

    A written scope.

    Inside three business days of the call we send a one-page scope: deliverables, timeline, fixed fee, and the two or three humans on the project.

    Deliverable — single PDF, signed digitally

  4. 04

    Kickoff, or a graceful no.

    Sign and we kick off the following Monday. If the timing is wrong, we'll say so — and we'll tell you who else might be a better fit.

    Outcome — kickoff, or a clear "not this time"
